BI-School is a new born MOOC startup initiative of Idea Factory,
an online knowledge community registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in the second wave of MOOC trends thanks to the pandemic in the year 2020.

Massively Open Online Courses’ audience are growing steadily and their recognition as equivalent to a regular university is slowly establishing itself.

Millions of people around the world use MOOCs to learn for a variety of reasons, including: career development, changing careers, college preparations, supplemental learning, lifelong learning, corporate eLearning & training, and more.

MOOCs have dramatically changed the way the world learns.

The learning requirements of the people are unimaginably varying due to short shelf time of knowledge, exploding innovations, emergence of new skills and talents, automation of the traditional jobs, specific deglobalized needs, the wide new opportunities the digital space created, data analytic based unique needs etc. The traditional classroom is limited in how many students it can serve, but millions of people around the world want — and need — quality education. If the Governments or society in large not able to address this high demands there is a chance of spreading unethical practices in countries and communities , illegal practices or individuals move into many other social evils. MOOCs are a sustainable solution.

Even though we are one of the latest online course provider we didn’t introduce any of the uniqueness in technology features and delivery methods instead in our this first version we focus in the following aspects of this initiative:

To bring new age academic compliance and latest e-learning instructional design approaches in our flipped contents and live courses.

To differentiate the scope of counseling, speech and presentation, teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring differently with our own specific operational definitions.
